Cabo-de-Rama Fort full video Goa

Cabo De Rama is a very old fort which was taken over and renovated by the Portuguese. Inside the Fort there is church of St. Anthony which is in very good contion. Cabo De Rama Fort is totally ruined but the Church inside the Fort is in very good condition. It is painted with good color and some people come here to pray.

You can climb the ruined fort and see how the cliffs drop steeply to the sea providing a panoramic view of the whole area. There are a few canons lying here and there. The fort is very poorly maintained by Archaeological Survey of India, but no staff, no security and no tickets obviously. However staying till evening is risky as the caretaker might lock you from outside.

Cabo-de-Rama is situated about 18 kms from Agonda, 30 kms from Palolem and 30 kms from Margaon. You have to take your own/hired vehicle, whether car or scooter, as only one bus (in a day) goes from Canacona via a nearby road (4 kms) and only one bus (in a day) goes from margaon to Cabo de Rama. This is a less popular place and very less people visit here. However, this is a very adventurous place and views are also very interesting.

Agonda Beach Goa-Part-3/3

Agonda beach is one of the best beaches of Goa located in South Goa. If anybody asks the names of top 5 beaches of Goa, Agonda is definitely there in the answer. Agonda is a pretty long beach (about 4 kms) with different views. However, the most important is the rock formation at the south side. I have shown the huge rocks of Agonda in Agonda full video.
We also visited St. Anne’s Church near Agonda beach. It is quite a big church running schools and other institutions. Agonda is about 12 kms from Palolem, 15 kms from Canacona, 18 kms from Cabo de Rama, 40 kms from Margao and 60 kms from Vasco da Gama. Quite a few busses are available from Palolem/Canacona to Agonda for 15-20 rs.

Rock formations- Agonda has the best rock formations among all beaches of Goa. Some of the rocks are so extremely huge and spectacular. Most interestingly you can climb on those rocks and move on to explore the rocky beach. Rock climbing gives you an extraordinary experience and you can forget your trip to foreign countries to see such views.
